Section 15
Implementation of recommendations, decisions or orders
(1) The Commission shall send in writing to the relevant person, agency or official for the implementation of recommendations, decisions or orders made in accordance with the Constitution or this Act.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the concerned person, agency or official should implement the matter immediately if it is a matter that can be implemented immediately, and if it is a matter that takes time, then the implementation should be initiated and inform the Commission.
(3) If the written matter from the Commission cannot be implemented for any reason in accordance with sub-section (1), the concerned official, person or body shall inform the Commission within seven days of the reason being disclosed.
(4) If information is received in accordance with sub-section (3), the commission may reconsider and decide on such matter and accordingly send a written notice to any person, agency or officer to implement any matter.
